Built in 1745 with additions over the years, the Governor Bradford House is ideal for intimate dinners or cocktail receptions for up to 50 guests. The adjoining terrace may be tented to accommodate additional guests for dinner or cocktails.

To the east of the Governor Bradford House, historic stone walls enclose an expanse of lawn and flower gardens that provide a perfect setting for a wedding ceremony or summer party.

THE BARN
Constructed in 1860 as part of the working farm, the Barn has been renovated to provide a flexible space of endless possibilities. Hardwood floors and a working fieldstone fireplace enhance the rustic minimalism of this historic building. The Barn will accommodate events of up to 140 guests and is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible.

COVE CABIN
Built in the 1930s as an Adirondack-style family retreat, Cove Cabin and its adjacent lawn offer breathtaking views of Mount Hope and Narragansett Bays. This site is our most popular wedding venue. The Cabin can host up to 60 guests, and with a tent on the adjoining lawn, can accommodate more than 300 people. Sunsets are spectacular and on a clear day, the Mount Hope Bridge frames the Newport Bridge at the opposite end of Narragansett Bay.
